01: Arrival in New Delhi international airport.

02: Fly Delhi
– Kullu ( Bhunter ). Drive to Manali ( 2040 mtrs.) 50 kms. 1 ½ hrs. Overnight
stay at hotel.
Day
03: Manali – Sight seeing. Visit of Hadimba Devi temple,
Vashisht, Manu temple and visit of Naggar castle and Roerich art gallery.
Day
04: Manali – Kardang gompa. Drive over Rohtang pass 3978
mtrs. Drive 6 /7 hrs.
From Manali
we drive uphill to Rohtang pass. from top a magnificient view of Sona pani glacier in Lahoul and Hanuman tibba and number
of C.B peaks rising above 6000 mtrs. The route winds down to valley floor. The first village Koksar is approach at Lahoul.
We pass small and scenic village enroute. Arriving at Tandi where Chandra and Bhaga joins to forms Chenab
river. We leave main route and follow a small route which leads to Kardang gompa. Overnight camp at Kardang gompa. From camp a magnificient view of Lady of Keylong massif. Down below Keylong (sub headquarter of Lahoul
division and Tayul gompa above Keylong.
Day
05: Kardang – Rangrik , drive 8 / 9 hrs.
We drive
back to Gramphoo at the foot of Rohtang pass. from where we follow the Chandra river towards Spiti valley. We cross Kunzom
pass 4551 mtrs. Before entering to Spiti valley. Enroute we pass first village
of Spiti Losar village situated at 4000 mtrs. Described as most beautiful
village in Spiti region.
Day
06: Rangrik – Kee – Kibber – Langza –
Hikkim – Komik village – back to camp at Rangrik. Hike and drive.
Drive.
Langza, Hikkim and Khumik, these three villages are situated between at an altitude of 4,400m to 4,600m. Favorite route those
looking for fossils. Easy going up to the Hikkim the horizon walking to Khumik. Visit Tangyut monastery situated above Khumik,
the ruins monastery of Tangyut can be seen near Hikkim, in 1975 an earthquake destroyed the monastery. Overnight camp near
the village.

07: Rangrik – Lalung – Dhankar – Pin valley
Today
at first we visit Lalung monastery in beautiful Lingti valley. On the way have a wonderful view of SHILLA PEAK. However monastery is more older
than Tabo monastery as it says by the monks at Lalung. Sherkong monastery at
Lalung which is 1,000 years old is worth visited.
Drive back to the main Spiti valley to visit Dankhar monastery, located on a small hill. Dankhar traditionally was the old capital of Spiti valley. However monastery is more old the Tabo monastery.
120 old and young monks are receiving religious training .45 minutes gradual ascent towards Dankhar lake. We drive back to
Attargo, from where Pin river meets Spiti River.
A 20 km. unmatteled road will take you to the pin valley, known for the land
of Ibex and snow Leopard. We visit Kungri monastery at Pin valley. Overnight
camp at Pin valley.

08: Pin
Valley - Tabo – Losar .camp. Tabo Monastery which is 1,000 years
old. Built in 996A.D. by Rinchen Tsangpo, Monastery is also known as Ajanta of Himalayas. Sherlang, Duang Domlang. Gompa regard
by many as only next to Tholong monastery in Tibet.
10th century Tabo monastery has large number of scriptures, peaces of arts, wall painting, Thankas and stucco. Tabo monastery
is oldest archeologically the most important monastery of Spiti
Day
09: Losar ( 4000 mtrs.)– Kunzom la ( 4551 mtrs. )–
Chandratal ( 4270 mtrs) Drive.
Today
an early morning we drive back to Losar village.
until
Kunzom pass and take a path, which goes to lake 8 km; approach large meadows - a favorite area with a multitude of shepherd’s
huts. Passing and crossing a long stretch of stony ground and small stream arrive at the lake. Across Chandra river most fascinating
sight of Samudra Tapu glacier, North Dakka glacier, South Dakka glacier and Silver glacier.
Above the glaciers towering mighty peaks of Moulkila and C.B. peaks. Visiting around the lake we follow left bank of Chandra
river. A well define trail will lead us to Batal. Few kilometre before Batal we will be pick up by jeep for onwards journey
to Manali. Overnight at hotel in Manali.

10: Chandratal – Manali drive.

Delhi.
