and fill up the booking form in CAPITAL LETTERS; completing all. Save the PDF file clicking on the save as icon on the top left. Save it on desktop or destination folder and send a copy to us by email

In case of Cancellation of trip
Himachal Pradesh
1) Cancellation prior to 28 days - full refund
2) Cancellation prior to 14 days - 50% refund
3) Cancellation prior to 7 days - no refund will be made. You lose the deposit amount. We will refund any other paid amount.
4) No refund will be made if you cancel your trek during its course. This applies right from first day.

Ladakh Zanskar Uttarakhand
1) Cancellation prior to 35 days - full refund
2) Cancellation prior to 28 days - 50% refund
3) Cancellation prior to 21 days - no refund will be made. You lose the deposit amount. We will refund any other paid amount.
4) No refund will be made if you cancel your trek during its course. This applies right from first day.

PS: In case of cancellation of trip – we reimburse the advance payment, by taking the applicable amount due to organization of trip. If it doesn’t apply the total amount will be refunded. Things will change, sudden news can cause you to cancel the trip. We do our best in this regard, mail or call us.
